A+Aromas offers a range of fragrance and home fragrance products, including perfumes, aftershaves, room sprays, carpet fresheners and other fragrance-related products.

4. Placing an Order

All prices displayed on our website are in British pounds sterling (GBP).

Delivery charges are displayed during checkout before you confirm your purchase.

We do not directly store your full payment card details.
We reserve the right to change product prices at any time. However, price changes will not affect orders already accepted by us.
6. UK Shipping and Delivery
We currently offer the following standard delivery charges for eligible UK orders:
Orders under £40: £3.95 standard delivery.
Orders of £40 or more: FREE Royal Mail 48 delivery.
Standard UK delivery is estimated at 3–5 business days, as shown at checkout.
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates.
We aim to dispatch orders promptly, but delivery may occasionally be affected by postal delays, bank holidays, severe weather or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
We will comply with our legal obligations concerning delivery times and delayed or undelivered orders.
Where applicable, responsibility for the goods remains with A+Aromas until they are delivered into your physical possession or that of someone you have nominated, subject to the relevant provisions of UK consumer law.

7. Returns and Refunds
We offer a 30-day returns policy.
If you wish to request a return, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.

For returns under our additional 30-day returns policy, products should generally be unused, unopened and in their original packaging, unless we agree otherwise.
Some sealed products may not be eligible for a change-of-mind return once unsealed where a lawful health protection or hygiene exception applies.
Your statutory rights are not affected.
For most online purchases, UK consumers have a legal right to cancel within 14 days of receiving their goods, subject to applicable exceptions. Where this right applies, you then normally have a further 14 days to return the goods.
Where a statutory cancellation right applies, refunds will be made in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations, including any standard outbound delivery charge that must legally be refunded.
If a product is faulty, damaged, incorrectly described or not of satisfactory quality, you may have additional rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
These statutory rights apply regardless of our additional 30-day returns policy.
